CORPORATE FINANCE LAWYER

Applicants should have a good academic record and 3 to 5 years’ post-qualification experience in handling a wide range of corporate transactions including listing, mergers and acquisitions, securities and capital markets, corporate restructuring and finance, and general corporate commercial work in Hong Kong and PRC.

CONVEYANCING LAWYER

Applicants should have a good academic record and have at least 2 years’ post-qualification conveyancing work experience in handling project work and tenancy matters.  Applicants should be able to work with minimal supervision.
