Experience
Mr. Catley qualified as a Solicitor
in England in 1970, and arrived in Hong Kong in 1972 as
a Solicitor in the Registrar Generals Department of the
Hong Kong Government. He was admitted as a Solicitor in
Hong Kong in 1976 and as a Notary Public in 1982. After
working as Senior Solicitor in the Trade Marks Registry
and Companies Registry, he left the Hong Kong Government
to join the present Firm in 1978. He served on The Hong
Kong Government appointed Patent Steering Committee and
The Hong Kong Law Society Standing Committee on
Intellectual Property for many years and was also the Co
Chairman of the APAA Trade Mark Committee.
