Christopher has extensive experience in advising on share transfers, business transfers, pre-acquisition legal due diligence, joint ventures, corporate finance, takeovers and general commercial matters.  He also advises clients on cross border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and regulatory and compliance matters.
