assistant solicitors, 1 registered foreign lawyer(PRC), 8 trainee solicitors and approximately

The Firm is
housed in Grade A office premises conveniently
located at the waterfront amid the Hong Kong
Convention and Exhibition Centre, 5-star hotels,
courts, government central offices and transport
points.
The Firm's
clients range in size and nature from government and semi-government bodies, major multinational corporations,
financial institutions, and public-listed companies to
medium and small-sized businesses and individuals. The
solicitors in the Firm have long standing relationship with
many of these clients, both local and international.
Given
its size, and the many years of experience which the
partners of the Firm have both in Hong Kong and
elsewhere, the Firm has the resources to offer a
complete range of legal services in both litigious and
non-litigious matters. These include the provision of
specialized advice and service in corporate and commercial law,
mergers and acquisitions, information technology,
insolvency, banking and finance, taxation, property
and conveyancing law, settlements, estate planning,
probate, trusts, intellectual property, entertainment,
insurance, personal injury, labour, employees'
compensation claims, divorce and family, and
PRC law.
The
senior partner of the Firm is an appointed PRC Attesting Officer and accordingly can
provide professional services for
attestation/certification of legal matters and for use in China.
Two
other members of the Firm are also notaries public,
and accordingly can provide the necessary services for
attestation/certification of documents for
international use.
The
partners and solicitors of the Firm are conversant in
English, Putonghua, Cantonese, and Shanghainese.
