Experience

Grace acts for numerous international companies on anti-piracy campaigns in China, Hong Kong and several major overseas countries and works closely with different authorities of the Hong Kong SAR and PRC Government.  A reported case where Grace acted for the plaintiff in its application for summary judgment following the execution of an Anton Piller Order can be found in Levi Strauss & Co V Maruichi Holdings (HK) Ltd & Ors [1992] 1 HKC 419.

Grace is the co-author of an article entitled “The Revision of the Hong Kong Trademark Law” published in the April 2003 issue of the AIPPI-JAPAN journal.  More recently, Grace authored an article entitled “The Challenges of Trade Mark Protection in China” published in the May 2006 issue of the Hong Kong Lawyer Journal. In addition Grace has been regularly invited to speak on PRC IP matters in international and local major conferences comprising an audience from different multinational corporations.
