Paris’ practice covers non-contentious and contentious intellectual property matters including but not limited to handling trademark, registered design and patent registration; trademark oppositions, licensing and cancellation action; and registered design’s revocation actions.  Paris is experienced in prosecuting and defending infringement actions in relation to trademarks; copyrights, registered designs and short-term patents; and resolving disputes arising from licensing of intellectual property rights.  Paris has also advised and handled domain name disputes, which have been on the rise since the internet has evolved to become an indispensible business tool and a popular source of entertainment.    

Paris has handled and managed the worldwide portfolio of many large international and local companies. 

In addition, Paris has delivered seminars to corporate clients concerning intellectual property matters.  Paris was invited to attend the programme “Viva Counselor” organized by Metro Radio Hong Kong in advising the listeners on queries on intellectual property matters.
