The Debt Recovery Division of the Litigation Department handles a wide range of claims relating to mortgages, hire-purchase agreements, credit cards, loans and leasing for a large number of banks and financial institutions. The advanced electronic automation system of the Firm enables it to deal with the huge volume of Writs of Summons issued each day by the Debt Recovery Division

The Personal Injury & Insurance Litigation Division handles employee compensation claims, bodily injury and property damage claims, and insurance related matters.  The Division specialises in advising Insurance Companies on liability and quantum of damages, conducting legal proceedings and participating in negotiations for settlement.  Apart from advising such clients on insurance-related litigations, this Division also advises on risk management and regulatory matters from time to time.
  
In addition to civil litigation matters, the Firm handles cases involving high profile investigations and hearings including insider dealing and market manipulation initiated by regulatory bodies, such as the Securities & Futures Commission.
