Mr. Billy C.H. Kong, BBS MH JP, Senior Partner of the firm, has been awarded the Bronze Bauhinia Star on 1 July 2009 for his meritorious and dedicated public and community service to Hong Kong, particularly his significant contribution to the development of reintegration strategies for rehabilitated offenders.
