Grace Chu attended the Cross Strait Four Regions Lawyers Summit organized by the Hong Kong Law Society in Hong Kong on 28 Nov 2009. The four regions are Hong Kong SAR, the Pearl River Delta of Mainland China, Taiwan and Macau SAR. These are the major economic and industrial regions of the Greater China. The Summit was first of its kind in history. The opening of the Summit was officiated by Mr. Donald Tsang, GBM, Chief Executive of Hong Kong SAR and Mr. Wong Yan Lung, SC, Secretary for Justice of Hong Kong SAR delivered a keynote speech.

The Summit brought together lawyers from all the four regions with a view to enhance communication and cooperation amongst ourselves and to create opportunities for us to jointly meet the challenges of the global market and the rapidly expanding market of China.
