– Represented a high net-worth individual and his asset holding company in legal actions concerning recovery of investment capital arising out of an acquisition deal with a total claim sum exceeding USD 80 million.

– Represented a distributor in defending an action commenced by a global semiconductor company concerning breach of distributor agreement with a total claim sum exceeding USD 14 million.

– Represented an administrator in a family/partnership dispute concerning diversion of business and partnership funds and involving various landed properties of over HK$300 million.

– Represented and advised a company in relation to investment fraud involving acquisition of pre-IPO shares of a US company with a claim sum of over USD 5 million.

– Represented and advised a company in resisting directors’ application for inspection and making copies of company’s documents pursuant to section 375 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622).

– Advised a company in intended cross-border winding-up actions and defending applications to set aside Statutory Demands.

– Represented a worldwide church in defending its legal and beneficial interests in properties in Hong Kong in relation to a fraudulent business scheme.

– Represented Incorporated Owners in relation to disputes concerning breach of Deed of Mutual Covenant and deviations from the layout plans.

– Represented a client in a legal action concerning landed properties involving the legal issues of resulting trust and common intention constructive trust.

– Represented and advised clients in criminal investigations conducted by the Commercial Crimes Bureau of the Police and the Customs and Excise Department.
