He has worked with multinational corporations and statutory bodies, assisting both local and international clients in litigation across jurisdictions such as the PRC, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Italy, Israel, Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland, and the United States. Notable cases include supporting parties in derivative actions in the BVI, aiding major banks in Dubai and Switzerland with their claims, involving in significant litigation concerning infrastructure projects in Vietnam and trust recovery cases in the UK and Australia.

  • Arbitration & Commercial Litigation
    Acted for the parties involved in arbitration cases concerning international trade, commercial and contractual disputes, and private construction matters.
  • Advised on the appropriateness and enforceability of arbitration agreements, formation of arbitral tribunals, enforceability of arbitral awards, referral to arbitration and stay of court proceedings, seeking court remedies in aid of arbitration.
  • Advised on arbitration, mediation and other dispute resolution options in lieu of litigation.
  • Acted for the parties in commercial litigation involving commercial matters, securities, corporate governance and directors’ or shareholders’ disputes.
