Advise on protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, handle contentious intellectual property matters including infringement matters involving trademarks, copyright, designs and other intellectual property rights, customs and other administrative enforcement actions, shadow companies issues and domain name disputes

Assist in handling and managing worldwide portfolios of large international and local companies

Represent leading companies and conglomerates in different areas of trade including food and beverages, fashion, electronics, cosmetics, entertainment and automobile

Advise on trade description matters

Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
